Malik Bryant Commits to the Hurricanes
Boom goes the dynamite. Coach Mario Cristobal and the Hurricanes stay hot on the recruiting trail as they land consensus four star (Five Orange) Malik Bryant. Bryant is the third linebacker commit of the 2023 class to go along with Raul Aguirre and Bobby Washington.

Many consider Malik Bryant the #1 linebacker in the nation. The 6’3 225 LB from Orlando, Florida emphatically chose the Hurricanes over Alabama and instate rival Florida. Coach Cristobal is continually stuffing the Gators in a locker this cycle and the Gainesville natives are restless.

The addition of Bryant has now elevated Miami firmly into the top 10 in terms of class rankings and taking aim closer to the top five. Recent Orange Bowl Boy guest and CBS analyst Josh Pate said he expected the Hurricanes to be top 5 in recruiting consistently. He wasn’t lying. Mario’s track record of being a phenomenal recruiter is resoundingly evident. Miami is currently on fire.
