OBBL Florida Power Poll Week 11

The OBBL Florida Power Poll Week 11 edition has your Miami Hurricanes out of the cellar. Who are the big movers and shakers this week? RACK EM.

#7 USF BULLS

Previous Rank #6

Record (1-9) Next Opponent: @ Tulsa. All the money that Scoop donated to his alma mater needs to be refunded. The stampeding ponies from Texas and their mounted General Rhett Lashlee amassed 30 first downs, 553 total yards and beat the Bulls 41-23. The South Florida team that isn’t really located in South Florida is now 1-9 on the season. They should give Manny Diaz a call. Seriously.

#6 FIU Golden Panthers

Previous Rank #5

Record (4-6) Next Opponent: @ UTEP. That is back to back bad losses for the Gable-Cats. They have given up 52 points in consecutive weeks and maybe David Yost needs a hair cut because the offense isn’t scoring either. He might be having trouble looking at the play sheet? The Shula Bowl was one sided and the Owls beat the Panthers 52-7.

#5 FAU Owls

Previous Rank #4

Record (5-5) Next Opponent: @ Middle Tennessee. Just when you thought slick Willy was on the hot seat he rebounds with a trouncing of downtown rival FIU. Hootie beat the Kitties 52-7. And would you look at who is up next. Middle Tennessee (5-5) took the money and ran off with a dub when they played the Miami Hurricanes. Will the Kosi hive tell the Blue Raiders to buzz off?

#4 Miami Hurricanes

Previous Rank #7

Record (5-5) Next Opponent: @ Clemson. The Hurricanes rebounded nicely beating Georgia Tech 35-14 squarely on the backs of Jacurri Brown’s legs and Kam Kinchens’ ball hawking skills. Mario and company needed that win more than the actual number to buy out of Jimbo Fisher. The ACC juggernaut that is the Clemson Tigers are on the horizon and who just mentioned 58-0?

#3 Florida Gators

UNCHANGED

Previous Rank #3

Record (6-4) Next Opponent: vs. Vanderbilt. The Lizards beat the Spencer Rattlers 38-6 and that wasn’t even their biggest win of the week. Bayou Billy emerged out from his locker and filliped the commitment of Jaden Rashada. Smart move on Jaden’s part if we are being honest. He is more accurate than Anthony Richardson left handed.

#2 UCF Knights

UNCHANGED

Previous Rank #2

Record (8-2) Next Opponent: vs. Navy. The Orlando non power 5 team that unjustifiably claimed a national championship beat a ranked Tulane team 38-31 and honestly no one cares. Bring on the midshipmen. The midshipmen are one of the rare teams whose name isn’t animal related or ends in and S. The Fighting Irish are another one. Did you know Al Golden is the DC for the Fighting Irish?

# 1 FSU Seminoles

UNCHANGED

Previous Rank #1

Record (7-3) Next Opponent: @ Louisiana. So the Seminoles play Bayou Billy in two weeks and this week they play Bayou Billy’s old team. The Rajun wood ticks. If they beat the Gators they probably are going to make state champ rings again. The team whose mascot will eventually be deemed insensitive beat Syracuse convincingly 38-3. Dino Babers might need a hair cut too.
