The OBB Welcomes U: Antione Jackson

The Orange Bowl Boys welcome Antione Jackson to the University of Miami. The 6’0″ 170 pound safety from Dillard high school in Fort Lauderdale, Florida committed to the Hurricanes on July 7th, 2022. Jackson was recruited by Jahmile Addae and held offers from Alabama, UGA, UF, Michigan and Ohio State to name a few.

This free ranging safety is a tenacious ballhawk and played in the offseason flag circuit for team DEFCON.  You can definitely see starter potential in his future. Jackson is a member of the ESPN 300 and is listed as the 11th best safety overall. Solute to you Mr. Jackson seeing that you are an OBB Four Orange Recruit.

The safety class took a hit with departures, Brian Balom, Avantae Williams and Al Blades Jr. so the incoming freshman has a favorable set up coming in. Obviously there is an All-American ahead of him but out of high school Jackson was the higher ranked recruit.

“Kam Kinchens is going to point up to the rafters.”
